He has developed and deployed global campaigns and launched thousands of products that center the human connection to the brands he shapes. While Tommy is known for his creative thinking, he is equally driven by what the numbers reveal. His experience in leading teams to measurable impact is guided by attention to data and results across paid, earned, social, and owned media. He believes that brand awareness and demand generation should be a consistently seamless experience that builds both brand perception and delivers business results.

Culture is a passion of Tommy’s and has led him throughout his career to focus on creating the right environments in order to deliver the right experiences to teams and customers alike.

Energized by our purpose of unleashing the power of culture to inspire businesses and their people, Tommy has brought his expertise in branding, design, and marketing to Culture Partners from a career that includes roles as Head of Digital Channel Experience Design at Apple and Global Creative Director of Dell in addition to his roles leading marketing and brand in early-stage startups.

Tommy lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, two teen children, and his dogs, where he enjoys the outdoors, live music, and soaking up the creative vibes of the vibrant city.
