With over 25 years of leadership, Roger focuses on inspiring teams to reach their full potential. With deep experience in sales and channel management, he has learned to understand what motivates each team member in order to help them achieve their goals.

Roger has led global teams and has in-depth experience working across countries and with many cultures. His previous work included onboarding, empowering, and leading diverse people in over 30 countries. Prior to his work at Culture Partners, Roger served as Associate Client Partner at Korn Ferry, and as Director of Global Distribution and Partnerships at Miller Heiman Group prior to their acquisition.

Roger is passionate about creating creative win-win outcomes for his team and their clients.

Roger lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife, Joan, and enjoys spending time with his three kids and two grandkids.
