Karol spent most of her career in various Operations and Human Resource Leadership roles at PIC International, Farmer John, and Hormel Foods Corporation.

She is a Southern California native and enjoys spending time with her children McKenzie and Austin. Karol is an avid downhill skier and horsewoman, showing reined cow horses in her spare time.
