Eric Fraser

Eric was born in Indonesia, grew up in Australia, and has worked most of his adult life in the States, with a two-year stint in Tokyo, Japan.

As Head of Products,  Eric is accountable for the standards Culture Partners uses to shape and guide the delivery of its consulting.

He has worked mostly in the tech industry, based in San Francisco. He began as a developer, working in sales, and moving on through a range of management roles.  Eric’s former employers include Accenture, PeopleSoft, UKG, and a few Series A to Series C startups.

Eric is a self-professed minimalist, mostly an introvert, and loves nature. He lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and dog. “We travel as much as we can,” he writes.
